Maybe give a time period for discussion and then consensus. It's a weekend and I think some people may not know the discussion is going down. I think some people not normally inclined to do so might weigh in if they knew they had 48 (or whatever) hours In which to act.
I had my concensus concerns/doubts along with DX and they have changed along with him as well. I'd like to see a concensus as thorough as possible, however.
I'm with the bs concensus.
I'd ask that we wait until tomorrow night to take action, just in case there are people who are off-line for the weekend who would want to weigh in.
I think this is a good idea.
I believe consensus is appropriate.
He's hurt the board. He's been educated several times over more than a decade and he hasn't changed for the better. Personally, I avoid all contact with him and don't like to be in threads where he posts. He's not the only reason I've been so gray, but he's definitely be a discouragement to being active here again.
I am in favor of consensus, but I do appreciate the fact that people want to give the chance for others who might be offline to weigh in, so tomorrow night is fine.
I agree that waiting until tomorrow night is good. After Jessica's story, I don't think anyone will disagree, but I want the biggest number of people to agree so that it is more powerful.
Yes, tomorrow night is good.
I think we should follow our own rules here, and either use our official three strikes standard, or vote to make an exception and ban immediately.
