Hair: Mine has always been stick straight, getting mildly wavy since I had the kids and as I get older. No real evidence of gray other than the random strand which is odd, since premature gray runs in my family.

Shir, that sounds like a massive screw-up. You say they don't owe you anything, but it sounds to me like they should be sorting this for you, even if that involves them talking with other departments.
