Too bad there will be no cute single guys at the party. I might as well wear sweats, a scrunchie and tie a mirrorball to my ass. Le sigh. Eh -- I can still dance with my friend's husbands.

Chili is made and in the crock pot. I even managed to get it from the Le Creuset pot to the crock pot without TCG and without getting chili everywhere.
I am having back pains and bad cramps.
Maybe my IUD is trying to escape.
Mmmm, chili. Maybe I'll make chili for dinner before we go make merry.
sj, how do you make yours? I use about a pound of ground beef (or, now that I live with a vegetarian, I use Smart Ground faux beef), 2 cans of Brooks (or other brand) chili beans, 1 can red kidney beans, 2 cans crushed tomatoes, and a hell of a lot of spices.
I let people throw in chopped onion, peppers, hot sauce, etc., to taste, but I don't cook them IN the chili.
