The only refs I'm finding are comments on discussion boards - nothing I would count as definitive. But it's worth noting that all those mentions say that McDonalds [the big American one] lost the case.
All Ogle, No Cash -- It's Not Just Annoying, It's Un-American
Discussion of episodes currently airing in Un-American locations (anything that's aired in Australia is fair game), as well as anything else the Un-Americans feel like talking about or we feel like asking them. Please use the show discussion threads for any current-season discussion.

Yay!
Yeah, that's a fascinating book. I only got halfway through it and then left it at my sister's place, so someday I'll get to finish it I hope. A real eye-opener in several ways.
Looks like we're well on the way to that second thread after all...
Uh, no. `We are early 1600s. 2nd thread is 10,000. And that is a really good straight line. I'll leave it for someone else to follow up on.
Huh. I just found out that the actual real Ray's will ship pizzas by FedEx to anywhere within the continental US. I cannot see how they can possibly still taste like pizza after being out of the oven for that long.
Me, I'm terrified of not fact checking before talking to these folks.
Ayup.
I see the BP combo and I think J'ca, Australia and Brazil and then BP. I find the green/yellow combination very very evocative. But I'm way used to confusing it by now.
Hey, now that would be interesting, to see BP trying to trademark the green and gold in Australia. (They do have a significant presence there, and are the only oil company that I recall using those colours.)
Changing the subject entirely, does anyone know what a good price would be for a NYC-Dublin round trip ticket in June? The best I'm finding now is $460, but I feel like I should be able to do much better than that.
And, I just realized that I have no idea what the BP logo looks like. So I guess I'm no good as a test for "what do you associate those colors with?"
Actually, I understand even better refusing protection to Petrobras having seen the bp mark; color is all that's distinctive about it.
