So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

You know what song I heard for the first time in probably 10 years? The Pursuit of Happiness "I'm an Adult Now", which is just fucking hilarious

I'd been TRYING to remember that band's name! I saw them live in '89.

Thanks for all the fish.

They were a lot of fun.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

If I do leg three of the Amanda trilogy

IF? I thought this was my reward for being good! Not that I'm doing so well at the good part.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

No, there will be a third leg of the trilogy; it's when that's the issue.

Elena, "Launcher" has been my theme song since the Bushies took over. But I adore Cockburn; I think he's an incredible guitarist, I adore his voice, and his lyrics purely slay me. Then again, I'm half rocker/half angry old folkie.

I loves me some BNL too. I'm there whenever they play the Bay Area. One of the best bands in the business.

Okay, feeling relieved. I can do patient. It's on my list of things to do.

Thanks for all the fish.

I like him more as a lyricist than a singer.

Argh. Having rewrite issues with two sentences.

Tackle #1 first: Theirs was a fragile peace, upset by Fred and never fully reassembled.

upset meaning apple cart way, of course, but...

looking for another way to say it.

"Theirs was a fragile peace. Its balance, unwittingly upset by Fred, had never been righted (reattained)."

Off the top of the head.

I'm working on "Weaver"....

Thanks for all the fish.

upset by Fred and never fully reassembled.

You want the first bit to match the second. So - upset and righted (as deb suggested) or shattered and reassembled.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

I vote "regained".
