If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

what other internal drivers do they use that aren't

Lorelai's independence issues, especially wrt Emily, come into play an awful lot (less so this season, but in the past, definitely).

What is even happening?

ita, it's possible the patient might have interpreted "may not" as "will not".

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm glad it worked, in any case

There's no indication it did work, though. I have no idea what the motivation behind it was--dare the patient to prove the statement wrong? Prepare the patient for some inevitable alienation?

No clue.

Everything turned out passably well, but I still find it strange.

My teeth cleaning has been moved from the end of April to mid-July. I feel paranoid now.

eta:

True, although the patient has a history of being a reliable narrator.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I would like to annonuce that I just had the Best. Sandwich. Ever. Smoked pepper turkey and smoked gouda on light rye with shredded lettuce and sharp grainy mustard. Heavenly.

How many ££ did it cost?

And why is Office doing a freaky clipboard stack thing in the periphery of my vision?

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

And why is Office doing a freaky clipboard stack thing in the periphery of my vision?

Because it is evil and Clippy is an attendant of Satan.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

How many ££ did it cost?

I saw a $350 plain black t-shirt in the store last night that made the sandwich seem positively reasonable.

There's a flood of spam with templated subject lines in my inbox these past few days.

They look like Re: abcde news where abcde is a random string of five letters, not apparently spellchecked.

A few days ago I got an e-mail titled Re: luwak news. Dude. I totally clicked on that to read, but, alas a nigh-illegible mortgage scam lay beneath, not civet-poo coffee news.

It cost precisely 0$, as I am on a business trip and The Man pays. There IS such a thing as a free lunch!
