The FMU deejay mentioned this Robert quine interview at Furious.com. I knew nothing about the site but it's really cool. Lots of other interesting interviews and articles.
DX, a belated (was out of town & then got sick) thank you for posting my crossword. For those of you who don't usually check Sunnydale Press -- feel free to join me in the corner -- I wrote a Mutant Enemy/Tim Minear/Buffistas-themed crossword in honor of the Angel finale. You can do it online or click the link at the bottom of the page for a printable version. It's called "So long, Gordon Abrams." (That would be Mr. Grr! Arrgh! in case you don't remember your ME trivia.)

I really enjoyed it, joe, despite how hard it was. Some of the answers/clues were really clever. A few were COMM-worthy. One was groan-worthy.
Thanks, P-C. Which was groan-worthy, the Joss pun? According to the puzzle constructor's regulations at least one bad pun is required for every puzzle. If it was one of the really obscure words... that's the hazard of doing a themed puzzle and shoehorning stuff around the one you need to fit in.
Billboard has a few more details about Robert Quine's death.
I know that posting alist like I did earlier is not so helpful and discussiony. I have now listened to teh Foo Fighters and David Gray in entireties. I assume that people are all set with these two albums as they are not new at all, but just in case. LOVED THEM.
Foo Fighters love was no real surprise as I love teh other two albums I have of theirs and I knew two of the songs, but YAY, just love them and they give me energy.
David Gray is a totally different head and I am a little surprised that I chose to listen to that next, but such is my brain and mood lately. Babylon is the only song of his that I am aware of knowing, but I also know that launch.com has played him a bit for me and I always rank those song high.
Now, I was listening as I worked to both, so no single songs jumped out at me. At another time I will give them the focused listen they deserve.

Dave Grohl and company are amazing songwriters and musicians. I [heart] every Foo Fighters tune I've ever heard.
It's interesting to hear from Foo Fighter fans, because I mostly resent their existence since they
keep the greatest rock drummer of his generation from hitting his kit.
Dave wants to be more than just a drummer. Let him out of your little box, Hecubus!
