"God...my brilliance is now becoming a bit of a burden...get back to me." Dr. Cox - Scrubs

I must be stupid because I loved Season 7. Especially the shortcomings and SiT's.

Thanks for all the fish.

S7 was totally stoopid. Now I'm all annoyed.

What can I say, Sean... I like to share the vexation.

I'd almost forgotten about that. We should do that for the whole damn final season. And the previous one.

Fuck. We'd do it, too. We'll be that bored come the new tv season.

Especially the shortcomings and SiT's.

I'm sure you're not stupid, Gleebo, and no one is implying that. But, may I ask, what do you see as the shortcomings, and why do you love them?

Eh. You may just be more forgiving than Elena or I.

Or it could be dangerous head radiation. I think it's the radiation.

By default Gleebo would be more forgiving than I, because I am the single most unforgiving person I know.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I fall somewhere between Elena/Sean and Gleebo. I agree that there were a lot of problems with S7, and a lot of missed opportunities, but I also remember how much I liked the first part of the season, some of the shows in the middle, and the finale.

Even with all my ranting - I have lots of love for Season 7.

But then again, I am one of those people that has lots and lots of love for Season 6.

I am also one of those people that tend not to be too critical of anything that I am all obsessed and in love with even when they have big and obvious flaws: stoopid boys I have crushes on, ME shows and computer companies named Apple come to mind.

Yeah, well... I suppose I should put in my own disclaimer that, even with my complete and utter annoyance at the suck I thought was S7, I still would watch S7 reruns over new episodes of most other TV shows. And be happy about it.

The worst of Buffy is still better than most other's bests.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

I would gladly join in on a S7 rewrite. It went horribly off the tracks after a very strong start and even the strong finale couldn't make up for all the dropped plot threads, bad characterization, frelling boring speeches. But y'all keep yer grubby mitts off S6.

Thanks for all the fish.

My main focus on a rewrite would be making Giles recognisable and making Xander be there.

Oh, and my unforgiving nature is not for BtVS, it's just in general.
