Yes, happy Beverly day. Finally feeling a bit better, though I thought that before, and food is still not quite appealing. We raised my mattress, maybe it will help.

I made sautéed shrimp over quinoa for lunch. That's two quinoas this week. I'm down to half a small bag and a boxed, pre-mixed thing with brown rice and some spices. Progress.
Going to make and direct-to-freezer some more red lentil soup. There are just a LOT of red lentils to get through.
