I went to see Awesome Doctor today about increasing my Prozac dose and left with (1) increased Prozac dose, (2) new migraine meds (Ubrelvy, which I hope works, though I assume anything would work better than the ancient medication that I take), and (3) a shingles shot. I feel all full of medical goodness.

The whole thing is an endless series of those experiences, and they all come with price tags that seem just impossible. Having good people on your side helps! As does having a closing date in sight, and a good stiff celebratory drink on the other side of it.
Also! I did buy that cute-ass cherry skirt from last week, and it should be here tomorrow, which is good because we have a Postmodern Jukebox concert next week. (And then we see John Mulaney on March 13, and I'm wearing my bee print skirt from the same shop [not miniskirt length like in that post; same just-below-the-knee midi length as the cherry skirt]).

When we bought the tickets in December, I was like "Fuck, man, Covid is STILL a thing, and these are indoor events with a lot of people!" And then we got Covid Strikes Back in January, and now I'm back to feeling invincible (at least as regards Covid). Even Tim was like "Hey, we can go see movies again! What should we see?"
