It was the faintest of possible pink lines, so I'm rejoining the living. We're still wearing masks inside stores anyway, and there's no danger of outside transmission, so that'll do it. Might give it until next week until I resume eating at restaurants or going to bars, but I'm out of the isolation bedroom.

I am so ready for this to happen. Cash deal so no worries about them getting financing. Just waiting to see what kind of number we can agree on. Their offer was a reasonable first offer per the realtor so they already countered. Should know if it is going to happen by tomorrow. Of course there is the whole 15 days to change their minds and do inspection and such, but the contractor already came yesterday and they plan on doing a major project like adding up or out for a huger house as is happening in the area.
I won't sleep tonight!!
