When we bought the tickets in December, I was like "Fuck, man, Covid is STILL a thing, and these are indoor events with a lot of people!" And then we got Covid Strikes Back in January, and now I'm back to feeling invincible (at least as regards Covid). Even Tim was like "Hey, we can go see movies again! What should we see?" The immediate post-Covid rush of invincibility is the good shit.

And v curious—for work we are starting up a new thing and getting some doctors offices in Eastern Europe…and Ukraine. A day or two ago I asked the liaison if we should rethink Ukraine and she was like “no I’m Kyiv we are fine it’s just two breakaway provinces it shouldn’t be an issue” and now I’m v curious what she’ll say at our first meeting in a couple days…if we have it?? I mean it wouldn’t be for a few months but…seems iffy.

I do not appreciate plague AND global warfare.
