Our school district's bus drivers basically all have Covid. Or have quit because of insufficient Covid protections by the DOT. Jessica, that's a good point (about looking back). I'm old enough that I can remember when the general business environment was bad for woman and the casting couch was pretty much a given. Some men in power seemed to work on the assumption that being respectful of anyone who didn't control their employment was a sign of weakness; being respectful (if not downright fawning) of those who did control their employment was the way things worked.
