I hate to break it to you, oh impotent one, but you're not the big bad anymore, you're not even the kind of naughty.

Punishingly Intricate

It's interesting to me that he neither specifies an age range nor says that she should be single.

I could do it!

Except that this kind of attitude would make me have to slap him repeatedly:

got my heart ripped out by a girl and my self confidence ripped to shreds

Who hasn't?! Harden the fuck up!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Job doesn't pay enough.

Religious news outlet digitally alters the Situation Room photo. Bad rulebreakers. Bad, bad rulebreakers.

Why give me a cold? Seriously! Why?

I haven't! By a guy either. I expect it should be epic, if I were to slip up and allow that sort of shit.

Wait...I have no self-confidence. Maybe that's why I'm immune.

Okay, going back to bed with some cough syrup.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Aw, man.

I did always wonder who posted the "normal" "personal assistant" jobs that were looking for an attractive young woman....until it turned out I knew one of them! This slightly skeevy guy who was a friend of a friend and a freelance writer. He figured, why not get some eyecandy with his dry cleaning? Shudder.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I love how being his "girlfriend" also involves filing.

he does say that he wants a personal assistant who he also goes on dates with. At least he's up front about it.

Unrelatedly, can anyone verify or debunk this (NSFW text on SFW image)?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I feel like I should be paying more attention to my co-workers' hair and fashion choices - I've recieved unexpected compliments from three people today on my hair and clothes and I feel really bad that I have nothing to say in return except "thank you"!

What now? The aroma is supposed to make you better lubricated ? Or make it smell better?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

and I feel really bad that I have nothing to say in return except "thank you"!

But that is the appropriate response. You don't have to return a compliment with a compliment.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

The situation room photo made my blood boil yesterday. I was chastised because sexism is ok as long as it is for religious reasons.

Also, I got a royalty statement for $5.35 for Vampire People. I'm still sort of shocked that people buy it. Let's go dancing!
