"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I love how being his "girlfriend" also involves filing.

he does say that he wants a personal assistant who he also goes on dates with. At least he's up front about it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Unrelatedly, can anyone verify or debunk this (NSFW text on SFW image)?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I feel like I should be paying more attention to my co-workers' hair and fashion choices - I've recieved unexpected compliments from three people today on my hair and clothes and I feel really bad that I have nothing to say in return except "thank you"!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

and I feel really bad that I have nothing to say in return except "thank you"!

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

In regard to the rapture, I have a card I'm sending a friend. On the front is a vintage picture of a nun and it says "After the rapture". On the inside it says "can I have your stuff?"

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Hey, so you know what's better than suspecting your shower has a leak? Discovering at 9:30 that the other shower in your house is not working.

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

One of my student interns baked banana bread and brought it into the office today. I can't speak for the population at large, but I feel same as ever.

Dana, urgh.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Yikes. Every time I click on a link that goes to the LA Times website I get a photo of a face transplant guy in the sidebar and it's really an horrific picture.
