Boy howdy yes. None of us will ever be who we were, but we will move forward and become someone new. Hopefully someone better than we were before.

We should catalog those feelings which are unemoticonable.
Like, "All my peers at the party were talking about their loan rates and mortgages and I had no idea what they were talking about because I rent and felt like an immature loser."
Or, "I saw my ex by chance last week and he was looking kind of dumpy and while I don't wish him ill, I don't really want him to do too well without me."
I bet the Germans have emoticons for those feelings.

I think Yiddish covers a lot of adjectives I never thought were excited. That's why I thought learning it someday.
