Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I vote the second. Although they both sound cool.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Most of the messages I get on OK Cupid are from twentysomethings. And I say, "you know I'm a fat old lady, right?"

Heh.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

For other interesting things to do in Brooklyn, may I also suggest these folks: [link] A friend of mine is involved.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

See, if I went to that I'd be afraid there'd be audience participation, and they'd make me hold a monkey.

DO NOT WANT.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That OK Cupid blog is nothing like my experience. Which was not win. But I was mostly instant-messaged, like Allyson, by young guys--guys 15 years younger than me, it seemed. Few of the guys that sent me email-type messages were older than me. But perhaps I'm just old for the site.

I would like to understand why people can't seem to read the actual words in an email. People whose job involves words, even!

I've definitely been IMed on there by at least as many young kids as Actual Grownups. I'm willing to posit that each of us (me, ita, Allyson) look young for our age, though.
