I hate to break it to you, oh impotent one, but you're not the big bad anymore, you're not even the kind of naughty.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

And personally, I'd far rather have a slightly overdone yolk than any amount of undercooked white. Texture issues.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

At work, we make scrambled eggs in the microwave.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Yolk should not be solid.

Smonster, my mother used to have an egg poaching pan, like this: [link] which might be more durable than a coddler, but give similar results.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I had scrambled eggs this morning and I cooked them as advised and they came out great! Served them with hot sausage and the SO's salsa I canned and nom was achieved.

We used to eat eggs sunny side up easy over raw beef sliced thin over rice with a shoyu based sauce. It was so good. But obviously prior to the current health recommendations.

Green Eggs and Ham is apropos because one of our little schools just celebrated Dr. Seuss day!

Our wings are not tired

Gah! I'm working on an installation in Orlando that is outdoors and the temps are in the high 40's. This is SO not right!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

That's exactly the egg poaching pan my husband has and uses quite frequently.

egg poaching pan

Oh, my mom has something like that! It's basically just the poaching insert bit (so you can use it in any skillet or chef's pan).

I have a set of soft silicone bowls from Target that are great for poaching eggs. (I know you can just dump the eggs into the water, but I've never been able to shape them properly that way.)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

mmm. The Chinese delivery place near me has delicious food. I even eat the vegetables, that's how good it is. Except for the celery, of course.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I am with Hec, JZ, and Barb on the egg love. I could eat them every day and be happy. I love them every which way.

Liese, that egg dish sounds yummy!

Now I want eggs.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I love eggs. I could eat them every day.

Other foods I could eat every day:

sushi
potatoes
really good crusty bread
stinky foot cheese
strawberries
bing or Ranier cherries
