I gave her everything... jewels, beautiful dresses -- with beautiful girls in them.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

They have two known ways of disabling the things - head removal and borax.

I think they only have one--both of those at the same time.

I liked it! Becky is super-stalker, so that's not a big deal for me. She's not the sort I think would go all the way through with the plan, nor have sex with him, so I'm okay with her crazy boundaries.

Fangirls who think she's them, however, are probably plenty pissed.

I thought she looked pretty cute too. Her lipstick had me mesmerised in scenes.

I like that they called out the death peen. That makes me happy.

I didn't get anything false off the final scene--I thought it was heartwarming, and we took away from Dean exactly what we were supposed to get. He can't have Sam amputated, not now. He's not nearly ready.

DJ Qualls usually weirds me out (he's so small!), but by the end of it, I was actually rooting for Becky/Garth. I might even read that...

I met a SPN fan today! I was out with bon bon and rob rob and was talking about Show, and the woman in front of me *plotzed*. We spent almost ten minutes going back and forth about love and Dean and Jared and near encounters with actors and the like. It was so cute. She was actually jumping up and down with excitement. So adorable.

I don't know. I just don't see Beck slipping stuff into drinks or tying Sam to a bed (without permission).

"Will you stop touching me?"

"No."

Yeah, I can see her snapping with added pressure of a breakup and a reunion. TV narratively, they always make people do crazy things. Especially since she believed it was bringing out love he already had for her. Much easier lie to tell yourself.

Man, random sampling---don't go out there if you have a squee you're partial to. I'm feeling a lot of hate. Misogyny, racism, rape and consent issues...the whole deal. Not funny. Worst than the racist truck. Just appalling.

Whatevs! I enjoyed myself. Taking the boys apart puts them back together better again, oh yeah.

Whatever happened to discourse?

Trust my rage

I am annoyed because I usually watch Sat. morning but iTunes doesn't have it up yet.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I went to bed last night REALLY wanting a Dean/Becky hook up down the line. I think I even had it half-plotted. It involved a lot of moping, self-pitying, missing feeling like Sam needs him Dean.

Stupid needing to sleep.

But Becky is a rapist. How dare you trivialise women raping men?

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Did she actually do anything? Or just drug him and hang out with him? I don't know what technically has to happen to fit the definition. I was imagining him bespelled, but the offense being that Becky kept him as a platonic husband. My SPN verse is very strange.

Trust my rage

I finally got to watch and I loved that episode. I love all those 4th wall episodes. In the beginning I was imagining the first few scenes as post Jared/Jen fic conversations between he and Jensen. And sort of the end too where Dean talks about protecting Sam from groupies.

And plus, who wouldn't want a fantasy marriage to Sam? He would be an awesome husband to show off to your friends.

I loved the scenes with Crowley, I liked seeing the boys fight demons again, and I liked them back together again.

I could totally see criticism of making your fans out to be psycho losers, but I don't really see myself as a loser or anyone else that I know that's a fan. And honestly, who hasn't thought that life would be so much better if you could just make someone you care about see the world your way. I had a whole thing with that this week. I didn't actually drug anyone to make it happen, but I don't think most people - fans or otherwise - would.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

She said something along the lines of "we haven't consummated because true love waits." So she did not actually rape him, though I guess she was working up her nerve.
