I'm not as emotionally involved by that as I'd have thought. Mostly because I can't get into Dean's head, even though the author is spending a lot of time there. I get it, insofar as he's worried he's ignoring the rest of his life for Cas, but that doesn't seem to be what's going through his head as he talks to Cas.

I love how hardcore everyone is. All the Winchesters, and then the Novaks take that and add insanity to the mix. Despite the warnings, I read the addendum, and jesus christ on a fuckstick.
And, yeah, Dean and Cas are both total saps. I'm kinda sad there wasn't a hug, though. We could at least have had that much. But unconscious handholding will have to do.
