'Shells'
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Several folks from the Whedonesque board thought TW:CoW was excellent, and the series was rubbish or just meh. I'm decoding that there are two kinds of people: those who loved the series and hated the 5-parter, and the opposite. I've yet to come across anyone who liked both.
I've finally got all the episodes ahemmed, I plan on watching them tomorrow. As long as I don't have to help my daughter move.
I have the episodes ahemmed, but not yet the courage to watch because...

I loved the series.
I think the show was quite brave, doesn't take the expected, perhaps American, route. And if you watch Day Five and look back on how much you loathed a characters choice earlier on, it's almost inevitable what we end up with.
I liked both (although I don't think either is anywhere near perfect.)
Skipping past all the TW whitefont until later to say that I just rewatched Eureka, and I really loved the Big Reveal that SARAH made herself a European sock puppet.
"SARAH, are you Marguerite Von Deiter?"
[Pause, small voice] "Ja."
Hee!
I loved how Fielding had been getting all hot for Dr. von Dieter through email, unaware she was a computer sock puppet. Says a lot about Fielding! And SARAH.
I'm watching Turn Left right now and it really is one of the best episodes of DW that's out there. It gives me goosebumbs galore.
Children of Earth and possible Who speculation: I wonder if Captain Jack will bump into the Doctor--hopefully ten and not eleven and be judged by him. I'd love to see how that turns out.
