So I'm getting really confused here. Is the second season of Torchwood airing on BBCA at the same time as it's airing overseas? I didn't understand why there was so much blackfont talk.

The BBCA is running episodes like a week and a half after the BBC airs them in the UK.
edit: so tonight is Torchwood 2.04 broadcast in the UK and Torchwood 2.03 will air here on Saturday.
