Where'd they get CAT scan from?... I mean, did they test it on cats? Or does the machine sort of look like a cat?

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

It's about time Mark Sheppard played the bad guy on Chuck. What took him so long?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

My suspension of disbelief lets me go along with magical spy stuff, but has trouble swallowing that the architects of the Buy More fight club would be in any position to sue Casey.

Wait, was he the guy the double-agent offed in the hotel? Totally missed that was him. Bad me, no biscuit.

I would totally lose at Mark Sheppard bingo.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Sorry, Tom. Talking as a faithful follower of Mark Sheppard's work from his Cecil L'Ively days (the pyromaniac he played in the first season of The X-Files 17 years ago), that was not Mark Sheppard.

I should have predicted Casey showing up in the last minute tom "save" Chuck, but of course. Also, Brandon Routh, while very pretty, is sadly the least charismatic actor they have on the entire show, including some of the nameless nerd herders at Buy More.

ETA: re. the Mark Sheppard sighting: I think MS did actually show up as a bad guy at some point on the show -- just not in this latest ep.

Ah. My DVR cut out just before the preview, sadly.

Ahh. I stand corrected. My TiVo cut the program off half way into the preview, too.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

Dear Chuck writers: I am sick unto death of the whole Chuck/Sarah will-they-won't-they-do-they-don't-they romance. Honestly, I don't care. There's no spark there, and that storyline died long, long ago. Please to put it out of our misery. Thank you.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I echo Morgana. I'm also tired of the "it was just a misunderstanding!" plot twist. They did exactly this "you think I shot him, but I didn't" thing earlier when Chuck thought he saw Sarah kill a guy in cold blood. Maybe this is supposed to be calling back to that, but still. Don't care.

Fact is, Chuck really can't be a "real spy" if he can't kill a bad guy on orders. What, he didn't know that? Sarah didn't know that? Suddenly there's angst over what they both should have known before they started the "make Chuck a real spy" campaign.

Man. I like the show, but my interest is losing momentum. I wish they'd resolve this once and for all, one way or the other. Also, please kill Shaw. He's dull.
