I had a burrito for lunch. Nom nom nom.
Natter 54: Right here, dammit.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
ita and Liese, come to Chicago!! We'll get you set up with some fabulous Polish food, and as for Greek food, well, we've got an entire neighborhood full! I was at Parthenon in August, and had some yummy lamb. And saganaki (flaming cheese--"Ooopah!") was invented here!

ALSO a pouch of sorts. Er, in that the tortilla holds in all the burrito-y goodness.
I'm about to have pumpkin pie!!
Well, Sox, she's working on it.
Actually, a dumpling is more of a lump o' dough and not a pouch. But still yum, so I'll leave it on my list.
I think anything that involves dough is good.
I'm a big fan of any kind of pouch-like food: pierogis, knishes, dumplings, wontons, Hot Pockets -- you name it.
Similar to pouch food... I'm a big fan of meat and dough -- meat pies, bao, etc.
Oops, I lied--I didn't have lamb at Parthenon, but dolmathes (sp? the grape-leaf wrapped meat loaf thing). Those were good, too. But my 17-y.o. nephew wouldn't be convinced to try some ethnic food and stuck with his NY strip steak. Oh, well, if he comes here for college, he'll get introduced to good cheap ethnic food anyway.
Oh, man, I love bao. There's a fabulous dumpling place in town, which is convenient to neither my house nor my work place. But they have green onion pancakes that I'd kill for right now.
There was a place in my old 'hood. First Avenue and, I think, 8th or 9th street? All pierogis, all the time. I'm not sure if it's still there or not. But I know the place with the fabulous kielbasa is still there. (My mom occasionally makes the trek.) SW corner of First and 7th.
