Right now quotes are added and edited through straight SQL. There's no programmatic interface for it, and as such the process is very inefficient (send quote to Hec who formats them and sends them to me).
Instead of an interface where people can add quote that are then approved by admins, who can also correct existing quotes.

We can upgrade as far as 550MB (we're currently at 154 of 350). But that's more money. And then what?
