Zoloft works great for me. Doesn't lift me too high, but seems to take care of the majority of the anxiety.

I am seriously considering curling up on the couch in my classroom and taking a 30-minute nap. Even a whole travel mug of coffee on the way to work is not helping me be functional, and I don't have student until 9:15. *yawn*

It may have been a mistake to go out last night. I didn't drink very much, but I am just effin' wiped out. On the other hand, I got to hang out with friends. So.

UGH. I have to pick the rest of my classes for my AA program. After this block (which ends on SUNDAY!!), I'll have 24 credits toward my 60 for my AA.
My next two classes are Algebra I and Environmental Sciences.

I think either of these would be great fun, although the psych class might be more directly relevant to the degree -- you're doing social work, right? And do you have descriptions, reading lists, or anything to pick over as you decide?

LIT 210 World Literature - ‘B’ Courses Calendar
This course covers prose and poetry by major world authors. Readings are chosen to enhance appreciation of literature and to prompt students to explore universal themes and values as well as the creative literary techniques that appear in great works. (3 credits)
BEH 225 Introduction to Behavioral Science - ‘A’ Courses Calendar
This course focuses on human personality, motivation, learning, and cognition. The theories and insights of major figures in psychology are discussed. Neuroscience, psychological disorders, and therapies are also considered in relation to human behavior. (3 credits)
And yes - social work degree. Plus, these are all classes I *have* to take Core education and all that. I'm holding my actual business classes off for a bit.
