Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

"That's what comes from living in a small town where the only entertainment was boozing & roleplaying games."

Oooh! That reminds me...any of you folks playing World of Warcraft? My only fellow geek at work (we get to bond over comics and BSG and Smallville) is VERY sucked into it. Bless him.

Sorry to hear about the Dessert Disaster. (...and now I want dessert. Damn.)

Still on a small island off the coast of Thailand, btw. Weather lovely. I am still wearing 70% more clothes than everyone else on the island and intend to continue in this manner for the foreseeable future.

LOVED the short hair pics. Must get over to a hairdresser asap.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I forgot to go to synagogue again today. I really have too short of an attention span to be religious.

I can read the Book of Esther by myself and feel like I've taken care of that obligation. But now that I remembered it's Purim, I really want hamentaschen. t pouts at lack of hamentaschen

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Yay! And DJ has a recent cut and color too, I think.

I do. It's a lovely red that my hairdresser friend mixed. Coppery and dark. I think (I was drunk) I said I felt like I had a garnet on my head.

So. I'm officially done. I'm out. Finished. Got home from the party to a voice message from L. A friend of ours from home died of complications from AIDS.

Want to spend the rest of March in bed.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Oh gods, DJ...I'm so sorry. You seem to have my March curse this year. Oh honey.

vw, did you sleep last night?

Yeah, I did. I had to do some major work at imagery to get there (which is in response to your reply in my LJ), but once I was there I stayed. So, that's good.

How about you? Better than last night, I hope!

Oh, that's great. Sleep makes a stupidly big difference, doesn't it?

I slept much better. I woke sometime between 5 and 5:30, which is fine by me. It gives me an hour or so to get human, before the kids wake up. Ben's just gotten up, now.

It does. In the hospital they put a lot of focus on "the big three": sleep, nutrition, and exercise. They even have a great brand new work out room on the grounds, and they take people three times a week. They know and get it, which was helpful since no sleep was probably the biggest reason I ended up there.
