Still on a small island off the coast of Thailand, btw. Weather lovely.
Oooh. That sounds wonderful.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Yay! And DJ has a recent cut and color too, I think.
I do. It's a lovely red that my hairdresser friend mixed. Coppery and dark. I think (I was drunk) I said I felt like I had a garnet on my head.
So. I'm officially done. I'm out. Finished. Got home from the party to a voice message from L. A friend of ours from home died of complications from AIDS.
Want to spend the rest of March in bed.
Oh gods, DJ...I'm so sorry. You seem to have my March curse this year. Oh honey.
Oh, DJ, I'm so very sorry.
Daisy, I'm so sorry.
vw, did you sleep last night?
vw, did you sleep last night?
Yeah, I did. I had to do some major work at imagery to get there (which is in response to your reply in my LJ), but once I was there I stayed. So, that's good.
How about you? Better than last night, I hope!
Oh, that's great. Sleep makes a stupidly big difference, doesn't it?
I slept much better. I woke sometime between 5 and 5:30, which is fine by me. It gives me an hour or so to get human, before the kids wake up. Ben's just gotten up, now.
Sleep makes a stupidly big difference, doesn't it?
It does. In the hospital they put a lot of focus on "the big three": sleep, nutrition, and exercise. They even have a great brand new work out room on the grounds, and they take people three times a week. They know and get it, which was helpful since no sleep was probably the biggest reason I ended up there.
I know those three things make the biggest difference to me, where my panic attacks are concerned. I have to work on the exercise component, even if it's just going for walks. I keep waiting for snow and ice to clear. I thought the rain the other day would take care of it, but it didn't -- at least not around here.
Yeah, I've been trying to walk a lot. Yesterday morning I walked the dogs to Dunkin' Donuts (about 1.5 miles there and back). Of course, it was really icy, so it wasn't as fun as it could have been, but it was good. The sun was shining, and it was really a nice day. I'm really trying to keep the walking up. Although, I know next week it's gonna be really cold, so it may not keep up.
