I'm making polenta with sausage and peppers for dinner. I have never made polenta before, and it already doesn't look right to me. I figure if it doesn't come out right, we'll still have sausage and peppers for dinner.
If it's too dry, add more water/stock. If it's too wet, let it simmer with the lid off.
