I need a nap. I haven't been sleeping well for a month. I was at the doctor for a diabetes check up and now have 7 pills of the extended release Ambien. I really hope that one night of good sleep breaks the cycle. Not very excited, but I will be if it works. I also saw 4 more lbs on the scale - which now puts me 15 pounds above where I am comfortable. pbbth.

I need to clean the kitchen, which I could do regardless of nap taking but she NEEDS a nap. She takes one at school everyday, but won't take one here and SHE NEEDS A NAP!!!
