I was at TJs on Saturday and they had the instant and the quick-cooking but NOT the regular steel-cut. I was very very sad. I have made do with Quaker's steel-cut oats but they don't have the same texture.
Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Just to get the good cholesteral up only takes a small increase in exercise. I walk home from the coffee shop which is a 20 minuet walk at a steady but not really fast pace andy where from 2 to 5 times a week. If he has a stairwel at work 2 10 minute breaks up and down the stairwell could do it.

I actually prefer the instant oatmeal. Better texture for me or summat.
Hugest snowflakes I have ever seen are coming down right now. They look fake they are so big. Crazy. The news is telling me that the snow is over. My eyes are telling me they lie.

That's good. Not as good as "Let Go Of My Ears, I Know What I'm Doing" but still good.
Yeah, you don't have to do a huge lifestyle change to fit in some exercise. The DH takes a 20-40 minute walk after lunch everyday. He works at home and, though he's busy, he realized he probably wasted about a half-hour a day he could put to better use.
Oh, and I'm having oatmeal for lunch right now AIFG.
