Just to get the good cholesteral up only takes a small increase in exercise. I walk home from the coffee shop which is a 20 minuet walk at a steady but not really fast pace andy where from 2 to 5 times a week. If he has a stairwel at work 2 10 minute breaks up and down the stairwell could do it.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
Yeah, you don't have to do a huge lifestyle change to fit in some exercise. The DH takes a 20-40 minute walk after lunch everyday. He works at home and, though he's busy, he realized he probably wasted about a half-hour a day he could put to better use.

A lot of times, out here, big flakes indicate it's just about done, or as we say, "Big snow, little snow. Little snow, big snow." It's not 100%, but it's fairly predictive.
