It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

I accepted a new job, and I'm going to be moving to Baltimore in a couple of months. Will commute to training in Bel Air in the meantime and look for apartments around Baltimore for when the job actually starts. Very excited. sarameg and lisah - might be seeking your input about surrounding area for living if that's okay... and if you have any input to give!

Art Crawl!!!

Callaluna (Formerly known as Cybervixen) update:

I'm not sure where to begin. I believe that the last anyone heard she was marrying a man from Maine named Ross. . . but now that is done for and she is having a baby (due March/April ish) with a Man from Belgium that she met via Second Life.

She has plans to move to Belgium but not set timeframe.

And she is very happy.

I'm going to be in D.C. Sept 17th for a conference. Tied up all day, but free after 8:00 P.M. maybe after 7:00. I'll be tired but pleased to do coffee or bookstore meetup with DCistas. Profile addy is good.

My brother's dog Lilly woke up sick this morning and we do not know how bad it is. Lilly and I are buddies, though, so I kind of hope she can stay around, although I know she could be old enough that an easy passing could be what we might wish for. She's a great dog, though. And I hope my brother doesn't lose it over this, either way.ETA: Brother's dog has something like doggie vertigo and should be feeling good soon. Thanks for whatever Lilly-ma you might send out.

Asking ~ma for my sis and her unit - in a few hours she's gonna do what she does on IDF in even more dangerous conditions.

“Not dead yet!”

Seattleistas! We have travel plans for coming to scope out the area-- we're coming in Tuesday, 9/22 in the afternoon and departing obscenely early on Saturday 9/26.

Here's the fun part-- Lewis' 40th is on Friday and I would LOVE to organize a dinner/get together that night. Any suggestions on where to go and who can come would be most welcome. I'll be checking F2F.

YAY! SOOOO Excited!

Your timing sucks, love, at least for me. We leave for NC 9/22, and will be there until after Thanksgiving. I guess we'll have to wait till you move out here to get together.
