Your timing sucks, love, at least for me. We leave for NC 9/22, and will be there until after Thanksgiving. I guess we'll have to wait till you move out here to get together.

I will take some "work out for the best"-ma in about half an hour, which is when I start a three-hour job interview. I'm not sure what "the best" is, but I have faith that Buffista-ma will figure it out.
A hat trick of ~ma tomorrow would be most appreciated.
1. My grandmother is in the hospital, so some ~ma to get her patched up and on her way would be great.
2. My mom is going in to the hospital tomorrow morning to get her knee replaced. Good thoughts for successful surgery also welcome. Also a successful recovery, but that will be going on for the next several weeks.
3. I have a second interview for a job tomorrow morning at 9am EST - the patented Buffista ~ma is sorely needed given my recent track record with job stuff.
Thanks!
Some of that awesome Buffista~ma would be appreciated. Friday morning, my father is going in for surgery. It's for a cyst on his pancreas. The hope is they can snip off just the part that has the cyst, and not nick the spleen. Apparently they are tightly packed in there. If they can do the snip, should be pretty easy. If the spleen gets nicked, it will have to go too, which will be a lot more recovery time. The biggest thing that makes me nervous is, we have the same nueromuscular disease, and one side effect is Malignant Hypothermia from General Anesthesia. Pretty rare, and the drugs they use these days is less of a problem. But, it's still a possibility, and pretty fatal. So please, send some "just need the slip, and keep a good temperature"~ma to the NY area. I appreciate it!
If there's any left over, I'd like it for Rigatoni, our youngest cat. He's been diagnosed as in acute kidney failure. We took him to NYC for dialysis (becuase it's the only place even vaguely near DC that does feline dialysis). The vets found a blockage that caused the failure, but he's still on dialysis to try to buy time for hte kidney to start again. He's also gone through a dangerous bout of abdominal bleeding.
And a little for his best friend Seamus, who's lost without his buddy.
Rigatoni is doing very poorly this morning. He isn't breathing enough on his own. The vet thinks some urine might be leaking from the tube they stuck in his kidney, and going where urine shouldn't be going.
They're trying to fix the tube now. If that doesn't work, I don't know what we have left.
Can I get some of that patented Buffista job~ma headed this way? KBD has his first interview since getting laid off today at 2 pm Eastern.
I know there's a lot of ~ma needed, but if a little could be spared, we could sure use it. Had to take my senior dog Mooshu to the vet this morning for some pretty angry hot spots. Turns out he's lost eighteen pounds in the last three or so months and the vet's just not liking how he's moving around, so she's drawing some blood to see if anything funny shows up.
He's my sweet boy, so I'm definitely hoping it's nothing major.
I have not breathed a word about this to anyone for fear of jinxing it, but it has been in the works for several months now...
I just got my first promotion. And it came with a very nice raise.
