Health-ma for my mother on Thursday, if you please. She's having minor outpatient surgery, which is not a big deal per se, but at 93, even though she is hale and hearty, the tipping point is a little more precarious. Thanks.

I have a good friend who will be in Chicago July 26/27 and is looking for a babysitter for his son both nights (about 2 yrs old). If you know of anyone who might be willing, or have another idea, my profile addy is good.

I am requesting some healthy kitty-ma for Pico. He's food averse for the last three weeks, and at his last visit, all his tests were negative. He seemed to be slowly getting better, to the point where he was seeking out food on his own. But then he started backsliding on the weekend and is back to not eating and hiding. So it's back to the vet we go.

Here's to hoping that neither me nor kitty freak out during the vet visit.

My senior kitty -

anemic - which is not surprising because there are kidney problems -which we are going to xray/ultrasound for tomorrow

when we will also be discussing his diabetes.

While I have no idea where things are going to go ( a lot depends on his kidneys) I need some idea about dealing with a difficult cat and injections. As in two people to clip nails and the only medication I could get down him on my own- liquid

She's been trying for a long time, her water broke waaay early, and she's now on bedrest in the city hospital, several hours from home. There were shenanigans with United, but I am back in Chicago and at work. And, of course, I was told upon arriving at the office that I need to have a documentation project finished by July.
