Tonight while proofing final color pages I discovered that (due to one wrong digit on a previous round proof that was supposed to tell us which stock photo to order) instead of a relatively unassuming deceased public figure photo we ended up with one of the person holding out a cigarette to the camera while positioned behind a wine bottle painted with the image of a nude woman. This photo lacked only a kid in gang colors running with scissors to violate every image taboo our client has instructed us to avoid.
