Yeah. And he had one for 'The Future' (directed by Rebecca DeMornay - his girlfriend at the time) wherein he was being drenched by rain.
See, this is why CanCon is a good thing.

I had no cable access when it would have been running (pouts).
Ah well.
Elena, if we're talking videos for to die for Canadians, I got two words: Bruce Cockburn.
Which video? "If I Had a Rocket Launcher" and "If a Tree Falls in the Forest" are the only two I can recall. I'm not entirely fond of Mr. Cockburn as a singer. I think that the BNL version of "Lovers in a Dangerous Time" is much better.
You know what song I heard for the first time in probably 10 years? The Pursuit of Happiness "I'm an Adult Now", which is just fucking hilarious.
I can't write songs about girls anymore
I have to write songs about women.

I'd been TRYING to remember that band's name! I saw them live in '89.
They were a lot of fun.
If I do leg three of the Amanda trilogy
IF? I thought this was my reward for being good! Not that I'm doing so well at the good part.

No, there will be a third leg of the trilogy; it's when that's the issue.
Elena, "Launcher" has been my theme song since the Bushies took over. But I adore Cockburn; I think he's an incredible guitarist, I adore his voice, and his lyrics purely slay me. Then again, I'm half rocker/half angry old folkie.
I loves me some BNL too. I'm there whenever they play the Bay Area. One of the best bands in the business.
Okay, feeling relieved. I can do patient. It's on my list of things to do.
I like him more as a lyricist than a singer.
