Look, Angel, I know you've been out of the loop for a while, but I'm still evil. I don't do errands...unless they're evil errands.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My mother, as usual, gets an e-Card and a phone call. But she gets a phone call every week, so that's not really news.

I love this from the article:

Last but not least, I like her because when the interview is over, she will say goodbye and attempt to leave the restaurant not through the door, but through one of the plate-glass windows. She is, I think, not altogether cool.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Um, suggest some recent movies I need to watch.

Hitch. (Will Smith, Kevin James -- VERY funny, and also sweet.)

Kinsey. (Liam Neeson, yum, plus sex sex and more sex.)

Batman Begins. (Kicks ass. Also, Liam Neeson, yum.)

Walk the Line. (Far better than a biopic deserves to be.)

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Um, suggest some recent movies I need to watch.

Kinky Boots and Thank You for Smoking are my two recent favorites.

Our wings are not tired

Probably. Though Halo 2 has the better multiplayer options. Both games are excellent though and both come with patches for the 360 (downloadable off Live) which'll make the games look a little better than they did on the original box.

Sounds like I'll be picking up Halo 2.

move out and draw fire

Today was a fucked-up massive of-the-suck day and it also was very bad.

So I'm going to have a Dove ice cream bar, which will cancel out my workout, but hopefully soothe me a bit.

As usual, Mother's Day just makes me feel slightly bad that I don't have a mother. Thankfully I'll be on a plane for it this year, being a mother.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm futzing around the house right now. After weeks of gorgeous weather it is gray and raining today. I like variety in my weather. But I need to shower and do another load of laundry.

Oh, thank doG... I was just trying to remember the same thing.
I was sort of wondering that this morning as well. Though I am pretty sure it is my parent's anniversary. I think they are out of town.

Our wings are not tired.

Will wonders never cease? I bought 2, count em 2, dresses today. On line because shopping is never fun for me. I did tell GF we could shop for shoes on Tuesday because I can't buy those on line. My husband will be stunned because I never buy stuff.

Dress 1 - possible prom dress - [link]

Dress 2 - something I would wear often - [link]

Yes, my style is predictable. Also, I have very comfy pink heels so if I get too busy to shoe shop I'm still good to go.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

My mother, as usual, gets an e-Card and a phone call. But she gets a phone call every week, so that's not really news.

I quit sending my mom Mother's Day cards a couple years after she quit sending me birthday and Christmas cards. This year, in celebration of her kicking to the curb my scumbucket stepfather, I shall send her a card. Dan's mother sent me a birthday card, so I want to send her a Mother's Day card.

I'm getting the pig!

Laura, I think dress #2 is very much "you". I can automatically see you in it, as opposed to dress #1. But dress #1 is gorgeous also.

Just back from dim sum with my aunt and now I have more than enough leftovers in my fridge for dinner tonight.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Those are very pretty dresses, Laura!

BTW, I just watched Ultraviolet. It was awful. And I LOVE cheesy action movies. But it was just...bad. Bad, bad, bad, and not even in a fun was. Boring.

I am going to the video store. I'm gonna rent some GOOD bad action flicks. Ugh.
