Here it is:
North Beach-type mojito (I only specify because I am unsure of other bars’ mojito-styles):
Ice, limes, & mint go in a pint glass. Muddle. Add a dash of simple syrup, 4- or 5-count of rum, and soda water. Shake. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass, and garnish with mint. Voila!.
