Well, I took a riff on Ginger's advice and got ginger soda. And Tums. I thought about getting Pepto Bismol, until I saw the warning label that suggested seeing a doctor if I found myself going deaf after taking it. WTF? But either the Tums or the ginger soda are making my stomach feel better, and the combo is providing burp-laden joy for my soul. My coworkers are so lucky I have an office with a door. If they're even luckier I'll shut it.

Thanks. I'm not that patient of a person, but my hair really was looking that bad. Besides, I needed a lift this week. I am still pissed that she didn't take responsibility for missing the appointment time. She tried to blame my mother (who made the appointment) instead and never apologized. I didn't say anything because I really wanted my hair done.

Breakups with stylists are infinitely worse than ones with SOs. Hey, it took me ten years to find my hair guru, and only six years to find a husband.
Teppy, the lunchmeat thief should be consigned to the special level of hell....you know, the one where he or she is surrounded by Limburger cheese, moldy bread, and deli meat 2 years past its expiration date.

Nope. I think I am going to switch to a new stylist after the move. The only problem is my current hairdresser is so very cheap compared to most salon prices. Still, with the price of gas, it will probably be cheaper for me to just stay in Worcester.
