Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Crap. It just occurred to me that I should get a present for a friend whose birthday is today, as she gave me a present for mine. I have no ideas. Ugh.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Yay for msbelle making it back!

Hey, Jesse or msbelle, does the Brooklyn Target deliver your purchases like Ikea/Bloodbath do? I have an urge to visit today.

You mean they make it easy to order a car while you're there?

I'm thinking bamboo plant is a little morbid for a birthday.

I bet they don't deliver, bon. But honestly, unless you're buying furniture, you can really lug a ton of shit on the train if you don't have to go too far on either end, which you won't. Mmm....target.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Jars, I'd like to read that essay of yours. As an anthropologist interested in the development of agrarian societies.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Would this [link] be a tacky bereavement gift?
I think it is lovely. And would personally appreciate it if given at a time like that. It's simple and will continue to live, which I think it is a key message at a time like that.

Waiting to see if Robin gets steam cleaning advice since I should do that to the carpet here.

Oh I'm fairly sure you don't. It's not making a huge amount of sense at the moment. I just can't figure out a useful way to structure it. And it's only two thousand words, which I think makes me an idiot.

I can point out a few papers I'm finding useful, if you'd like?
