Kat, there's a place like that in Nashville (I think.) My brother was quite taken with it. It had streams inside!
I wasn't kidding about too much posole. I'm one person. I have 25 cups (=200 oz!) of posole! Really: [link]
Um.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, flaming otters, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Um.
mmm... I want posole!
I've got plenty!
my back is aching from the house chores I did today - more than usual amounts of hunchedoverness.
I'd like to do about 2 more hours of chore-type things, but I think I am going to bed instead.
happy happy joy joy, a PO near where I will be tomorrow has an automated postage machine open on Sundays. WHEE! 2 boxes will be mailed tomorrow and maybe tax stuff too.
Send some to SoCal!
edit cause: Sned? WTF?
ok, sara, can you please bring it by tomorrow? we'll be home after 2.
When I've gotten the wrong person's mail, I've just written on the envelope and left it sticking out of my mail box, and either my mail carrier or the letter fairies have taken it away. That's at a single family house, though. I'm imagining you live in a big apartment building with those little locked boxes, and I don't know what you'd do either (save hauling your cookies to the post office) except stick it a U.S. mailbox. It's tricksy.
This is true. It's actually been a very long time since I've lived somewhere with outgoing mail. Maybe over a decade-- I didn't even know if postal workers picked up mail anymore.
Yeah, right on that!
I tried that scrubbing bubbles stuff. No more killing my back scrubbing out my tub! Whee! It also works wonders with litterboxes.
Taxes are up for tomorrow. That and laundry and cleaning. And maybe a trip to goodwill. I really need to shop since I'm basically living in 7 outfits for work, but I don't see that happening.
I had to work at UCLA today. I took Porto's as my contribution to snacks (and some fresh fruit). I'm happy to report that we ate everything except 4 guava danishes.
The first thing to go? The potato balls. A dozen were gone within the hour.
Michael Vartan has an almost look alike on PBS, Zay Harding though Vartan is cuter with cuter hair. But Globe Trekker? high appeal factor cause cool job.
