Echidna name. Hmmm, Pokey. Pokey Pokerson?
I like Pokerson as a last name. Or even McPokerson.
Well, there's this name I saw on a subscription list that I always thought came via Groucho: Edmund Q. Whipsnore, III. Or someone's tagline on TT that I always loved: Fancy-pants Joey McPoodlespank (or skank, I memfault which)
Hee. I once used the name Randolph Stoatbladder on this board, that might be a possibility.
Timelies!
I woke up this morning to find I've already spent too much $.I found a book that I wanted on half, but the guy took so long to confirm, I found another one on e-bay. So now I have two, or I will. And I was only supposed to spend about $20, and now I spent close to$50.
dude, I have suffocated the thread with my noxious schmoop. I'm sorry!
Sorry, too busy drooling over the thought of dinner at Blue Ginger to post coherently.
Yay smoochiversary!!!
It's also Z's birthday, and I decided that the theme this year was "pampering", so I booked a massage for him and gave him a gift cert. for a pedicure at the "men's salon". I just hope he wakes up in time for the massage....
garden gnomes - garden centers - bed bath and beyond? I have one my sister gave me one year - it is carrying a book under it's arm
I'm ok, but I started on a new AD today, so no sleep for me.
SJ, your psych ought to know this is a standard side effect and ought to PRESCRIBE something. I used to be on Trazodone, now I'm on Elavil (for the migraines, but it's also a sleep aid.)
The downside: Kafka dreams. Today, I was dreaming that I broke glassware in lots of peoples houses and I begged people to say that they knew I wasn't doing it on purpose and they stayed silent and I lay on the floor sobbing with nobody talking to me.
Ack, Betsy.
We
know you wouldn't do that on purpose. Unless it was the really hideously ugly painted glassware I saw in a store yesterday. I'll help you smash that stuff if you want.
The grandmotherly nurse practioner with the prescription pad in the behavior health part of my HMO seemed appalled that no one had offered me things to make me sleep along with antidepressants. Not sleeping was one reason I had given up on them before.
Garden centers are probably your best bet for instant gnomes, vw. Sometimes places like Target carry them too.
Something like Michaels, or Walmart, would be my first guess. I doubt you'd find them at Bed Bath or that ilk. I haven't seen them, anyway.
