SPN 4.4 episode title: " In the Beginning "
Also, I can't believe that there is a 4.4 episode title before there is a 4.2 episode title.
Mad Men Casting: I read this at TWOP - Colin Hanks will be in a number of episodes - unknown how many. I can kind of see him as a relative of Pete's.
The Philanthropist casting: James Purefoy as the main character.
Middleman casting: Mark Sheppard !!!! And he's doing more than one episode. Interesting, no?
Reaper casting: Eriko Tamura will be joining the cast as a new regular.
(Found at TV Guide - which has more details about the part and about Sean Patrick Thomas' part - which is so far, just a guest star role.

Hey, what was wrong with Colm Meaney ? I thought he was a fine Gene, from the trailer.
They're completely re-jiggering the US series - they've recast entirely except for the lead and they've moved the show from LA to NYC. I'm thinking that with the different Gene Hunt they may be going for a an early 70s cop movie, Mean Streets, Serpico kind of thing.
Wizard's First Rule - they've changed the name and added cast members. The new name is "Legend of the Seeker" and they've cast Bruce Spence as Zedd, Jay Laga'aia as Chase, a loyal and fearsome member of the Councilor's Guard; and Craig Parker (Haldir from LotR) as Darken Rahl.
