He might be trying to make a point about the perceived ageism in Hollywood. If he is, that gives me hope, because I frequently feel I'm waaaay to old to be trying to get a start in this business.
Has it been mentioned that Baz Lurhmann's version of Alexander the Great is back on the drawing boards? It was shelved b/c of Stone's version but since that sucked so mightily, they've decided to revive Baz's attempt.

I just watched a movie called "Dear Frankie." It was good, and I liked it, though I had a few issues with some things. One thing I had no issue with was Gerard Butler. I just wanted to hug him and not let go.

Just finally saw Hotel Rwanda last night and he really was very good. Also I would think "hey, look at the hottie!" and then I would remember I was watching a movie about genocide and perhaps I should not be thinking about whether or not the main character was attractive.
