I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies
Just finally saw Hotel Rwanda last night and he really was very good. Also I would think "hey, look at the hottie!" and then I would remember I was watching a movie about genocide and perhaps I should not be thinking about whether or not the main character was attractive.

Huh. I love Napoleon Dynamite. Of course, it speaks to everything I went through in high school and college....and since I did both those in Utah and Idaho I can more than identify.
