It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Seconded.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

the only really real Buffy is really real Buffy and she's gone

Jim is telling knock-knock jokes....

Anyhow, my feeling on a VM thread is that I'd like one, but I'm also more than willing to wait and see how much traffic Natter gets once the second season starts. I know a decent handful of Buffistas picked up VM over the summer, so there may be enough VM traffic to warrant a thread.

Up with the sun

Is there any benefit to waiting a few weeks into the season? I'm thinking of The O.C., here -- the first season got a lot of posts, the second season sucked didn't seem to generate as much discussion.

I agree that VMars seems to be a worthy heir to Buffy -- I'm catching up during the summer reruns, and yowsa, that is one solid show.

Edit: X-post with Teppy.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Not a VM watcher (...yet), but I do think a dedicated thread would make a lot of sense. So if Jim's proposing, I'm seconding.

edit: of course, waiting is also fine by me.

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

I can't recall the process, but yeah, I propose that we have a VM thread. Purely selfishly, I can't keep up with Natter these days, and I want to discuss VM in the kind of depth you only get round here.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Seconded (thirded?). I think it's worth discussing in bulbs.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'll second, if we still need one.

What is even happening?

Seconded, just to get the conversation out of hypotheticalville, although I plan to start watching this Fall.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

As much as I'd love to get the VM talk out of Boxed Set (selfish-- I don't watch it), didn't we already vote no on a VM thread? How long is the moratorium, six months? (Note: I have no idea how long it's been since we had the Big TV Vote.)

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

That vote was October last year, I think.
