Okay, that makes sense to me. Whitefonting on the side of caution seems like a good idea.
when y'all say discuss, you mean NOT in whitefont, right?
Yes, sorry -- discuss visibly. Patently. Flauntily.
Not until the next season starts, was my thinking.
This seems the most fair way.

[NAFDA] Discussion of current Angel episodes
Is anyone still getting new episodes of Angel? Just curious.
all set now, thanks Plei
I have no problem with talking about current shows in Natter, white font and all. I skip, and that's fine. I wonder, though, about posts like this one:
Polter-Cow "Natter 28 Days Later: Can We Have Zombies?" Oct 3, 2004 11:13:39 am PDT
where one has to page down a couple of times to get through the white font. I realize that it's the exception rather than the rule, but is there a better way we can do this?
I'm sorry about that, but I don't see how it's all that different from a long, involved post about a non-whitefonted discussion you're not interested in. Unless you don't like big blocks of white, in which case I could do that fun thing where there are little chunks of white instead.
Nah, PC, there's certainly no need to apologize for it, because we really don't have any alternatives. I'm just not sure Natter is the place for really involved analysis of the TV shows that are being talked about in there. It's sort of the reverse of the way Natter came about. The natter was taking over the analysis threads at TT, so Betsy started the first Natter thread. Now we're in a situation where on some nights the TV talk is taking over Natter, so maybe it is time for a TV thread.
(I don't feel terribly strongly about that last. Just throwing it out there.)
