There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Well, I am very impressed. Yeah, if I post, I'll put a link where you'll see it.

I believe Tommyrot and Tina are ahead of you and haven't yet contributed.

I am after tommyrot, but I should have mine up by the end of the day even if he doesn't.

While I am here - can I ask for some dry-out-and-work-just-like-new-ma to my iPod. A bottled water opend in my messenger bag this weekend and I don't think it got soaked, but it got wet. I didn't turn it on and am letting it dry for 48 hours before booting it up. It is brand freaking new so I may be able to get a replacement if it is fried. But I had 3200 songs on there (way way more than I can hold in my desktop's iTunes library) so it will take another few weeks to reload it if it turns out I need a new one.

First world problem, I know. But dude. I heart my iPod bigtime. This sucks.

iPod karma to you, Tina. I'm holding out until I'm up to figure out which song I'm going to use, but I have a couple in mind.

Ann, that's a ferret.

I didn't know that Jan and Dean recorded a vocal version of the Batman theme.

Yes, it's as frightening as you would think.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I didn't know that Jan and Dean recorded a vocal version of the Batman theme.

The Kinks did it on their first live album.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

And let's not forget The Jam's version.

Up with the sun

iPodma to tina. They're surprisingly durable, so I'm sure it will be fine.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I didn't know that Jan and Dean recorded a vocal version of the Batman theme.

That is the Jan and Dean record we covered in the book.

The Kinks did it on their first live album.

And let's not forget The Jam's version.

They didn't do vocal versions though.

I can't even.

That is the Jan and Dean record we covered in the book.

It was such a pleasant surprise to see it there. I thought I was the weirdest kid in the world for having a copy of that album (memorized). A couple of my buddies and I used to run through some of the goofy routines from the album and everyone thought we were freaks. Which we were, but I now know retroactively that we weren't alone.
