That sound you hear is Bill Ham shouting happily in Seattle.
How's Ham doing? I didn't see him in the recent High Hat, but I might've just overlooked.
I'm particularly pleased since - in a very roundabout way - Scott Miller is how I got myself into print. I first got in touch with Judith Beeman, editor of the Big Star fanzine Back of a Car, through usenet when we were exchanged emails about Game Theory. I wrote some things for Back of a Car and she's the person who put me in touch with Kim Cooper at Scram.
I know a couple who met via the Game Theory listserv. He moved from Arizona to Boston to be with her. They've been married for a while now.

Nope, he didn't contribute to this one. Seems like he's sort of sequestered himself away from the Internet for the most part.
Game Theory: bringing people together through songs about breaking up.
The couple that run the Loud Family / Game Theory web page and 125 Records met on the loud-fans list (he was in SF, she in Baltimore). 125 Records was started using the $125,000 he won on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.
So these mixes. Y'all have some pity on us more mainstream folks who might have a hard time finding songs about baseball and broken noses or whatnot!
If most of you are leaning towards lesser-known type thing mixes, that's cool, but I probably wouldn't be a good participant, then. And I'm cool with that.
I'm far too occupied with downloading these U2 live MP3s that seem to appear almost immediately after the concerts. I'm continually amazed by technology.
I wouldn't worry; after suggesting baseball I realised that I'd have to substitute cricket and hope no-one noticed....

I was thinking the same thing. :)
I bags
When an old cricketer leaves the crease...
Congratulations, Jim and PennyJ.
We're gonna need a daycare thread pretty soon.
